What is health coaching?
Health and wellness coaches partner with clients seeking to enhance their well-being through self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values. In the course of their work, health and wellness coaches display an unconditional positive regard for their clients and a belief in their capacity for change, honoring the fact that each client is an expert on their own life, while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental.

I will not prescribe a specific diet or give specific nutrition advice. I will help you create an approach to nutrition recognizing that food is ‘fuel’ while we will explore concepts and resources to support your nutritional goals and desired lifestyle.
I will not try to heal past trauma. I will support your need for outside therapies when necessary and work with you as you develop the tools you need to move forward to the future with confidence.
